Pride for All Ages

On June 18th, 2003, the Lesbian and Gay Big Apple Corps performed as guests of the New York City Gay Men's Chorus for their Pride for All Ages concert at Carnegie Hall. It was the LGBAC's Carnegie Hall debut, and my Carnegie Hall conducting debut.

We opened the second half with Charles Carter's Symphonic Overture, then the chorus filed back in as we played Karl King's, Freedom City March.

Then their conductor came back in and I took my place in the horn section for the rest of the concert.

What a wonderful evening that was!
